God HONOURS those who LOVE Him; therefore they SERVE Him WHOLEHEARTEDLY.
There is a tremendous blessing in being a Partner with the Lord.
He takes care of those who truly belong to Him.
See what the Bible tells us in Proverbs 3:9-10: "Honour the Lord with your wealth and with the first fruits of all your crops (income); Then your barns will be abundantly filled and your vats will overflow with new wine."
God has been so faithful to us. Without your contributions all this could not have happened.
We are so thankful to the Lord for all of you who have been relentlessly listening to and obeying the Holy Spirit who is willing to lead us in obedience.
WHY TO INVEST IN GOD'S KINGDOM?
Do you know that you constantly make investments throughout your day?
You use your time either effectively or without achieving what you have planned ahead. You pay money for the food you eat, the clothes you wear, the house you live in, the car you drive or the public transport you use, and the list is never-ending. You put energy into keeping yourself fit and also into maintaining and, preferably, improving your relationships with the people around you.
Investing ourselves and our belongings into our own living and other people's lives for different purposes is a daily activity which, unfortunately, very often, remains an unconscious series of actions for so many believers. Should it really be that way?
God has created everything and everyone for a purpose - "The Lord has made everything [to accommodate itself and contribute] to its own end and His own purpose - even the wicked [are fitted for their role] for the day of calamity and evil." (Prov. 16:4 AMPC). Therefore it is not only senseless, but even sinful to live a life without seeking and following God's intentions for our lives.
There are many different ways to invest in God's kingdom: helping those who need physical or moral support, teaching and preaching the Gospel to God's people, praying for others, supporting the community of believers - the Church, Christ's body - financially. Everything is about rendering service, coming from the heart, directly to people and indirectly to the Lord.
We need to remember that we are not owners, but stewards of "our possessions", and even of ourselves. Our own souls, bodies and minds belong to God. We are responsible for the choices we make even when we choose what to eat or how much time to sleep. God has trusted us with so many things and with the people around us. We must be faithful and fruitful stewards of God's possessions in our hands.
Therefore it is crucial to ask God what He wants us to do with all He has given us. Let's be faithful in our stewardship just like the Lord is faithful to us.
Where is my money going when I give to the Ministry?
In Lifeword Chapel Int'l, we use all the financial support given by you for actual Kingdom purposes. We are fully accountable to God who is our inspiration and Highest Supervisor of everything we do. We would like you to see how God's Kingdom is advancing thanks to your sacrifices.
