Text: Ex.14:15.
"And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they GO FORWARD."

Do you feel stuck in the middle of nowhere? Are you trapped in transition? Are you entangled in a spot? Are you somewhere at the crossroads, not knowing which way to go? Or have you been moving in circles for so long that you have lost your steam and spirit?

Israel found themselves in the middle of nowhere, with the Red Sea before them and the Egyptian army behind them. They felt trapped; and being gripped with fear and disappointed with Moses, they wept bitterly before God. At this point, Moses breaks down in tears before God, feeling frustrated. But God being God, He says to him in essence, 'This is not the time for tears, but for action. I am in charge here; so there is no cause for alarm. Get up and tell the people to go forward.'

Beloved, God is saying to you:

*Stop sorrowing and sobbing.

*Stop standing still

*Step out and get going

Always bear in mind that God is the one leading the way. He is the all-knowing, the ever-present, and the all-powerful.

I say to you today in the name of the Lord, wipe the tears and go forward. Like Paul, press forward. See beyond the obstacles. Your God leads and knows what to do even when the odds pile up against you.

It is said of Isaac that "the man waxed great, and WENT FORWARD, and grew until he became very great" - Gen.26:13. There is an Isaac in you. The Red Sea before you is passable and the enemies coming fast behind you are conquerable. Brace up and advance. You will surely testify. Amen.
