Focus: Lights of Christ

Text: Mt.5:16.

"Let your LIGHT so shine before men, that they may see your GOOD WORKS, and GLORIFY your Father which is in heaven" - Mt.5:16.

Let your light shine. Light is never designed to be hidden. You can't hide light. Wherever there's light, it shines. Let the light of your faith shine. Let the light of your love shine. Let the light of hope shine. Let the light of divine goodness and beauty shine through you.

Let those in darkness see by your light. So, shine!

L.I.G.H.T:

*Little kindness

...that little kindness in you, show it.

*Inexpensive goodness

...it doesn't cost a lot to express love and goodness.

*Godly favor

...David calls it "the kindness of God" - 2Sam.9:3. That's covenant favor. That favor God has shown you, show it to others.

*Holy joy

...it's called "joy in the Holy Ghost," "Joy unspeakable," "exceeding joy," "abundance of joy," and "all joy." O, how I pray you emit the sweet fragrance of divine joy in every place! Let someone catch the contagious fever of the joy of salvation.

*Tasty and tangible goodness

...goodness so tasty, visible and tangible. Luke testifies, "And the barbarous people SHEWED US NO LITTLE KINDNESS" - Act.28:2.

Do the same. Get and give.

You are Christ's moral and spiritual light on earth. So, shine!
