Focus: The Sent Word!

Text: Isa.55:10-12

"As the rain and snow come down from heaven and stay upon the ground to water the earth, and cause the grain to grow and to produce seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry, so also is My Word. I send it out and it always produces fruit. It shall accomplish all I want it to, and prosper everywhere I send it. You will live in joy and peace. The mountains and hills, the trees of the field - all the world around you - will rejoice."

Be assured that whatever God says goes. God's word is energetic, operative and productive. God's word fulfills God's purpose.

There's no idle word with God. He never says a thing which He doesn't intend to execute or bring to pass. The rain and snow fall to the ground for a purpose, which is making the ground fruitful and productive. The rain and snow fall to the ground, making it possible for the farmer to have seed to sow and the hungry to have bread to eat. 

In the same vein, the word of God never returns to God without fulfilling the purpose for which it was sent in the first place.

God infuses His word with His almighty power. God says concerning His word, "I send it out and it always produces fruit. It shall accomplish all I want it to, and prosper everywhere I send it. You will live in joy and peace. The mountains and hills, the trees of the field - all the world around you - will rejoice."

Take God's word to heart! Rest your whole self on it! Lean on the integrity and infallibility of God's word! Believe every word God says! Hope on God's word! Gladly receive God's word into your life! Rejoice in the word of God! Look forward to seeing the word of God come to pass in your life! Watch out for the fulfillment of God's sent word!
