Focus: You Can Do It!

Text: Mt.17:20

"I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you."

What a word from the lips of Jesus Christ! Nothing shall be impossible to you. Faith as little as a mustard seed has power to move mountains. It is quality, not quantity. Paul, in speaking about the subject of love, says, "Though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains…" (1Cor.13:2). Faith is power - an explosive dynamite. Mountains move because faith says so. The person of faith is a person of power.

Faith moves mountains, overcomes the impossible, and achieves the incredible. If your mind can perceive it and your heart can conceive it, then your hands can achieve it. Whatever you can perceive and conceive is achievable. All you need is a bold step of faith.

The Lord Jesus Christ says, "The things which are impossible with men are possible with God" (Lk.18:27). The truth is: there are things you can do and things that only God can do. What is impossible for you is absolutely possible for your God. If you cannot handle it, your God can. Jesus prays to the Father, and says, "Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee" (Mk.14:36). And again He says, "If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth" (Mk.9:23). 

The person of faith has no impossibility before him. God and the believer can take care of all issues of life. The odds are beatable with God in the saddle of your life.

Zechariah boldly inquires, "Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain…" (Zech.4:7). God will cause mountains to level up before you. At the decree of God mountains become plains - level grounds and pathways to success and greatness.

Listen to God as He speaks to you through me:

You can do it.

You will survive it all.

You can move that mountain!

You can defeat that giant in front of you.

You can overcome that intimidating challenge.

You can rise above that overwhelming situation.

You can beat those odds in your life with God on your side.

You can reach that noble goal and achieve that great feat.

You can solve that problem, wriggle out of that riddle, and resolve that conflict.

You can dream and wake up to fulfill it.

Truly, you are capable of the incredible. Your mustard seed kind of faith can remove this mountain that is before you.

Don't let your fears, doubts and unbelief crush your spirit and neutralize your energy! Don't be intimidated or overwhelmed by the gigantic size of your challenge, for in Christ you are a mighty man of valor! Don't bury that talent! Don't let that dream in your heart die! Don't stop believing in possibilities!

Stir yourself up, strive and stretch yourself a bit more. Your salvation or goal is nearer than when you first started out. You are not where you used to be. You have really advanced.

The enemy you are seeing today shall soon disappear forever. Nothing is ever impossible with God.

You can do it. You can make it. You'll get there. You'll hit the roof and enlarge your base. You'll surely fulfill destiny and be a blessing to people far and near. Amen!
